We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

• To prevent abuse and spam (including rate limiting)
• To understand and improve how the site performs

Sharing with providers

This is an independent service-request website. With your consent, calls and form submissions may be shared with a third-party provider, who then contacts you directly and operates under its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for a provider's independent data practices.

Call handling and analytics

We may use call-tracking and website-analytics tools to measure response and performance. Analytics scripts load only when a measurement ID is configured. If call recording is ever enabled, any legally required notice will be provided at the point of the call.

Cookies and choices

The site uses only the storage needed to operate the request form and, when configured, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, you may request access to or deletion of information we hold about you.

Retention

We keep request records only as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
